Netlight partnered with a leading UK home healthcare provider to build a digital strategy, optimise operations and enable data-driven improvements in patient outcomes.
Challenge
Outdated legacy systems and siloed data limited the client's ability to deliver seamless home care. It needed a unified digital strategy to integrate its digital tools, streamline operations and use data to improve patient care, with better collaboration between professionals and patients, compliance and data security, and modernised infrastructure.
Solution
Netlight worked with the client through interviews and workshops to align business and digital goals. The five-phase approach produced a comprehensive digital strategy and transformation roadmap, identifying quick wins and long-term priorities to support an agile, scalable transformation while addressing compliance and system integration.
