In a competitive global market, premium customer experience is everything. Netlight has supported a prominent brand within the premium consumer goods industry in developing a multilingual AI chatbot, leveraging serverless cloud architecture and generative AI to automate customer support across 120+ markets, uphold premium brand standards, and drive long-term competitive advantage.
The client is a prominent brand within the premium consumer goods industry, offering a diverse range of culinary products distributed in over 120 countries globally.
The client required a multilingual chatbot to serve customers globally, however their existing web shop provided limited multilingual support. Without internal expertise in generative AI and scalable cloud solutions, they risked falling behind competitors and failing to meet their premium brand standards. Netlight was brought in for support to utilise its expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud infrastructure.
Netlight developed a production-ready, multilingual chatbot by aligning technological innovation with the client's premium brand objectives through applying CIRCLES, a collaborative requirements framework. We implemented serverless Agentic Systems combined with Google Cloud AI to ensure scalability across global markets. The solution architecture automated customer support in multiple languages whilst maintaining the client's premium service standards. Our approach delivered immediate functionality and long-term competitive advantage through cutting-edge AI technology.
