EQT AB is a financial service company that specialises in private capital, real assets, and private investment services.
The key challenge was to assess the complexity of the architecture under increasing demands for scalability, performance, and security. At the same time, the company needed to demonstrate a strong cybersecurity posture and regulatory compliance, while exploring how proprietary data could fuel AI-driven automation to strengthen its competitive advantage.
Netlight conducted the due diligence in a two-phased approach. The first phase was an outside-in review, during which Netlight gathered insights into the platform’s performance, scalability, and user experience by assessing critical user flows and leveraging expert networks. The second phase, with inside access, involved a deep dive into the technical architecture, infrastructure, and security setup.
