A global gaming studio faced a critical challenge: after years of successful growth, both revenue and user growth had stagnated and competitors were catching up. The game team of 250+ was organized in autonomous sub-teams lacking alignment and common goals. Re-organizations had unsuccessful results, and employees were leaving the organisation.
Netlight helped set up a team of senior organisational advisors to analyse the situation, craft new potential solutions and implement those with change management tied to the cross functional and craft specific process. We introduced the OKR framework, allowing distributed teams to create transparency and alignment, and initiated a carefully designed re-organization to clarify accountability and decision mandate. After the successful re-organization Netlight stayed to continue assuring success by resolving organisational problems and further develop the structures and leadership team composition.
This resulted in 93% uplift in weekly revenue. 10 of 14 organizational health metrics improved within the first year, significantly lifting team morale and trust in leadership. Retention increased and employees started to re-join the company.

A leading provider of smart energy and charging solutions, faced slow feature delivery and poor stakeholder collaboration in its Business IT department, particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) development. Lacking a structured process, ERP became a bottleneck for the client.
Netlight built and coached a new ERP team, introducing agile practices and a structured delivery process. This improved efficiency, automated manual billing and invoicing, and enhanced collaboration with key stakeholders, especially the Finance department. As a result, ERP development transformed from a bottleneck into a high-performing, enabling team.

A client in the inflight entertainment market was facing several challenges in vision, goals setting and collaboration structure, leading to a stalling progress in delivery and a direct risk in missing an important product’s market entry. Netlight joined to analyse the situation, set new structures, provide coaching and ensure the product delivery was to happen in time.
We filled key positions in Tech and Product leadership to establish structures aligning with strategic objectives, fostered efficient teamwork and ways of working and promoted agile transformation through leadership coaching. Netlight introduced value stream-based capabilities and processes to connect strategy with product development and embedded and hardware development cycles, to foster a high-performing and healthy organisation. The result seen was a significantly increased velocity in 9 months, speeding up the delivery, cycle times and predictability of development. An improved product increment completion rate from 34% to 70%, indicating a twofold increase in planning efficiency while reducing ticket cycle time by 60%.
The product was successfully released in time, and an organisation left with improved team health, efficiency, communication and co-operation.
