In addition to these efforts, Netlight evaluated the existing eCommerce platform, offering analysis and recommendations to enhance its technical foundation and user experience. They implemented a dual-track scrum process to synchronize product discovery and UX design with product delivery and development, which improved efficiency in sprint planning.
