THE ROLE
We are looking for a junior front desk and conference host with an exceptional sense of service, a driven
personality with high ambitions, who will work with a strong focus on reception
and administration. You will be part of the First Impression team, convey a pro-fessional and positive first impression. This applies both via email and tele-
phone as well as at the personal meeting.

This is a temporary role between May 2026 – August 2027
Tasks
- Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors in the reception.
- Have full responsibility for our new hire process.
- External conference and workshop host
- Representing First Impression in new hire events.
- Responsibility for phone subscriptions.
- Responsibility for alarm and security at the office.
- Managing all deliveries to and from the office.
- Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters.
- Sustainability and environmental work.
- Cooperation with our operations team.
- Support Netlight’s core business.

- Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with conference preparations
- Experience within reception
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
