One of Europe's largest energy producers faced challenges as the electricity grid transformed due to efforts to eliminate fossil emissions and the rise of new technologies like EVs and household solar cells. The client's customer insights team struggled with outdated, manual processes in Excel, leading to inefficient forecasting and underutilised data. Netlight introduced an iterative Proof-of-Concept (PoC) approach, quickly demonstrating the value of automated, data-driven forecasts and insights.
