Superficially stating that DEI is business critical is not enough. Our approach is to make DEI business critical by asking ourselves: What is business critical and how can DEI support it? By embedding DEI into everything we do, we ensure that it is not a standalone initiative but a fundamental part of who we are and how we grow.
To channel this insight and to take Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to the next level, we have formulated Kaleidoscope, to define our strategic approach and to guide our DEI efforts forward:
Explore some of our current DEI initiatives, created and driven by Netlighters. These communities empower employees, giving each group a collective voice to drive change. The initiatives play a crucial role in enhancing DEI within Netlight's organisational culture and contribute to more inclusive business decisions, products and services.
The Code Pub is Netlights international network for women and non-binary individuals in tech, from beginners to professionals.
African Descent is for empowerment, knowledge, and community for people of African descent.
Purple Pill is for men at Netlight to engage in discussions on diversity, equity, and gender equality.
Symmetry Connect is a global network of women and people who are read as women at Netlight.
Prism is Netlight’s queer initiative, celebrating diversity like a prism refracting light into colors. It raises awareness of gender identities, expressions, and sexual orientations within our company and beyond.
Mosaic is a diverse community of over 120 individuals from both EU and non-EU countries who have made Germany their home for different reasons and durations.
Asian Descent is for Netlight descendants of across Asia to celebrate diverse culture, share experiences, and build a strong collective identity.
Neurospicy Minds is a creative space at Netlight that celebrates and supports neurodiversity, ensuring everyone can thrive as their true selves.
